FAQ
Who is Moola?
Moola is a collective of passionate individuals from around the globe, united by the mission to create an innovative decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem on the Berachain network. Legally, “Moola” refers to Moola Inc., along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, and agents (collectively referred to as “Moola,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). We leverage Web3 technology to deliver staking, governance, and liquidity solutions to a global community.
Who Are Moola’s Users?
We consider anyone who accesses the Moola Platform, uses our products or services, or becomes an official client to be a user. Whether you’re an investor staking $MOOLA , a participant in liquidity provision, or simply exploring the platform, we respect your privacy without distinction.
How Do Users Interact with Moola?
User interaction with Moola refers to the use of the Platform, including staking $MOOLA , participating in DAO governance, or accessing features such as restaking and gamification.
What is the Moola Platform?
The “Platform” encompasses the official Moola website (moola.finance – hypothetical), applications, products, and services (Public or Premium) provided by Moola Inc., as well as any other websites or services where this Privacy Policy is linked or referenced. Built on Berachain, the Platform leverages $MOOLA , BERA, and HONEY tokens.
What Are Public Services?
Public Services are free, permissionless features, such as basic $MOOLA staking infrastructure on Berachain. These require no registration, meaning we collect minimal information—primarily temporary technical data—to provide these services.
What Are Premium Services?
Premium Services are paid offerings, such as advanced staking with restaking or participation in the $MOOLA /BERA liquidity pool. Subscribing to Premium Services involves a separate agreement, requiring us to collect specific information to process payments, communicate with you, fulfill our contractual obligations, and support your use of these paid services.
